On December 23, 2013, Matubia shared a post about being single, and she wrote.

Single life ...mmmm I like."

The mother of two stumbled upon the memory, and she reshared it, lamenting still being single 10 years later.

"Facebook is here to remind me that in 2013, I was single. 10 years later still single.

The actress is raising two adorable girls sired by different fathers, and she is no longer with any of them. She parted ways with Kennedy Njogu, the father of their eight-year-old daughter when the little one was barely three years.

In July, Matubia confirmed she was single after parting ways with Blessing Lung'aho, the father of her second child.
