A Kenyan Lady has wowed netizens with her impressive tea-making skills.
In a video shared on TikTok, the lady whose handle is @AJ quality cakes demonstrated how to make milk tea using a unique method.
The lady poured a cup of brown sugar into a pot and melted it until it caramelized.

Then she added her spices: cardamom, cinnamon, black pepper, and ginger.
She stirred them, then added some water before the caramelized sugar burnt. The result was an almost back rich liquid making strong tea.
Afterwards, she added some tea leaves and let the mixture boil before pouring in some whole milk and letting the entire mixture boil.
The video impressed netizens who are used to the typical Kenyan tea made of milk, tea leaves and water.

Separately, a Kenyan woman captivated the hearts of netizens after a TikTok video showcasing her unique cooking method went viral.
Sandra Jelagat, the woman behind the viral video, demonstrated her resourcefulness by using a toaster to prepare a traditional Kenyan delicacy, omena (Silver cyprinid).
Jelagat chopped onions, tomatoes, and coriander (dhania), which she later fried in a bread toaster.
She then added the soaked omena to the frying mixture. The video showed the sizzling delight as the omena cooked to perfection.
Jelagat proudly served the delicious-looking omena on a plate and added a touch of freshness by spicing the meal with an avocado.
