A man who recently went viral for his signature 'habari zenu' greeting has set his sights on trademarking the catchphrase.

In an exclusive interview with a local YouTuber, Wilson Nolly revealed his intention to claim ownership of the viral phrase legally.

The man hinted at the legal process underway, suggesting that he is taking steps to ensure that 'habari zenu' becomes exclusively associated with him.

"I met a lawyer, and right now I am somewhere. I can say it was my own way of dropping the phrase. Very soon things are going to change. So I am warning those who want to use the phrase now to be careful. I have cautioned you," Wilson emphatically stated during the interview.
