According to PSC, the programme intends to transform young public officers into effective leaders.

"The programme aims to transform young public officers to be effective leaders through a variety of approaches including residential training, experiential learning, coaching, mentorship, job shadowing, conferences and assignments, among others. The Public Service Commission and its collaborating partners will cater for all the expenses related to this programme," PSC said.
