President William Ruto's ardent fanatic Cosmo Choy says the undoing of the latter's administration is a supposed imbalance in the Executive.
Choy picked holes in some of the president's appointments saying they were not on merit but such parameters as ethnicity.
The US-based Kenyan drew instances from the strategic dockets whose running has attracted scrutiny, with the concerned quarters questioning the capacity of the holders of the offices.

He went ahead to blame the faulty generators at JKIA, the country's august airport, on Roads and Transport CS Kipchumba Murkomen.
Further, Choy implicated Education CS Ezekiel Machogu in the irregularities that marred the 2023 Kenya Certificate of Primary Education (KCPE) examination.
To avert such leadership crises, the vocal commentator asked the president to undertake a complete overhaul of his Cabinet.
He recommended the comeback of technocrats in the previous administration, the likes of Fred Matiang'i who during the tenure of former president Uhuru Kenyatta held a host of dockets namely ICT, Lands, Education and later Interior.
Choy while vouching for Matiang'i said the latter would help the president deliver on his mandate.
