The funny moment happened at Ubud Monkey Forest, Indonesia, where the young woman had visited to enjoy nature and wildlife.

The lean and lovely lady in a body-hugging dress with well-braided hair came across a monkey and wanted to take a selfie with it.

It sat next to a wooden structure at the nature reserve as the beautiful lady approached, carrying her black and white purse, as seen in the video shared by New York Post.

As she leaned to take a selfie with the mammal, it acted fast and snatched the purse from her hand as she was focused on the phone.

She was stunned momentarily, not knowing what to do, but she did not look scared as she approached the monkey.

It tried to scare her off with its sharp teeth while clinging to the purse, but the woman only took a step back.

However, she gained courage and grabbed it from the monkey while it was busy opening it.

It jumped down and headed for the lady's dress, pulling it from below before quickly turning and running away.
