Jackie Matubia has elicited mixed reactions after revealing she is single.

Matubia confirmed she was single via a post she shared on her Instagram Stories, and she wrote:

"Proud single mother of two."

The actress also shared her past relationships, saying she was ready for true love.

The mother of two disclosed that her inbox is full of messages from Kenyan men interested in dating her.

Matubia told to respect Blessing's privacy

In a video shared to her Instagram stories on Wednesday, July 26, the mother of two said she was surprised by the number of advances she got from men.

"Listen up. You were asking when I would announce I was single. I woke up and found out that you filled my DMs and email. Is it a job application?” a laughing Matubia wondered.

However, she asserted she was not ready for another relationship while throwing shade at Blessing.

"I am sorry, there are no vacancies. I am not wasting my time again by building someone and giving them prominence," she said.

Reacting to Matubia's claims she made Blessing, netizens said the actor was already popular before even meeting her.
