Jumia Begs Man To Stop Ordering 'Cash On Delivery' Food To Ex's House: "She's Refusing To Pay"

Uganda- Retail and food delivery company Jumia has called out a man identified as Eric from Najjera, who has been ordering food for his ex-girlfriend with a cash-on-delivery arrangement.

Jumia exposes jilted lover ordering food

The delivery company revealed that Eric had done it three times, and the third order had to be cancelled.

It is unclear if the Ugandan man was punishing his ex or was pranking her by ordering food to her place and making her pay for it.

This is what Jumia wrote on Twitter:

"Eric, please stop sending Jumia Food to your ex via cash on delivery. This is the third time she is refusing to pay. The third time the order is being cancelled."

The post left social media users with laughter, with some wondering why the Ugandan man was doing that to his ex.

Man angered by waiter's tip demand

Elsewhere, a man's dining experience turned sour after he was charged 10% for a tip on his bill by a restaurant.

He posted a video of the bill, expressing that he felt robbed by the establishment as it decided for him how much to tip.

He said he wasn't obligated to tip and ended up paying KSh 266 for the tip, sparking debate online.
