Khaligraph Jones, Harmonize Bag East Africa Arts Entertainment Award For Collab Kwame

Kenyan rap star Khaligraph Jones and Tanzania singer Harmonize have won a prestigious award.

Khaligraph took to his Instagram to share news of his and the Bongo star's win at the East Africa Arts Entertainment Awards.

The Kenya rapper won the 2018 Best Male Artist at the 2018 Afrimma Awards and followed up his wins with the Best Hip Hop Artiste award during the same awards in 2020.

Khaligraph also received a nod for the BET Awards after he was nominated in the Best International Act category at the 2020 ceremony. He lost to UK rapper Stormzy.

The Kwenda hit maker tagged Harmonize on the post on his Instastories.

Kenya, Bongo collabo

Khaligraph and Harmonize were victorious in the People's Choice Collaboration Single category for their hit song Kwame.

In August 2022, rapper Khaligraph proved yet again he is the rapper everyone in Africa should watch out for.

The 'Mbona' hitmaker bagged the winner's trophy in the Best Male Rapstar and Hip Hop Act.

Khaligraph took to his Instagram account to show off his win, having bagged the 2022 East Africa Arts Entertainment Award.

Otile Brown was awarded for his collaboration with Harmonize, while Nyashinski bagged the best male legendary artiste.

Daniel Ndambuki alias Churchill was honoured as the best male inspirational youth icon. Eric Omondi won in the best comedian category.

Sauti Sol praise Harmonize

Singer Bien Aime lauded Tanzania crooner Harmonize for his reliability.

Bien heaped praises on Harmonize, saying the Bongo star's work ethic in the entertainment industry is professional.

"While planning for Sol Fest, we reached out to Harmonize. We called him and he was up for Sol Fest. He's very professional," Bien said.

He added their respective managements, ironed out the nitty gritty of the concert, and reached an agreement.
