Isaac Kimani Muchiri has always been passionate about karate movies and enjoyed throwing false punches at friends in childhood.

It was a passion that, unbeknownst to him back then, would become the source of daily bread in adulthood for the now-24-year-old man.

Had first show on graduation day

Kimani told TUKO.co.ke that after high school, he joined college and pursued a course in electrical and electronics.

On graduation day, he managed to squeeze his name into those performing for the guests, a move that would chart direction for his life.

"It was my first show in the public and the comments were encouraging, which is how Mukorino Acrobat was born," he said.

Having stumbled on what seemed to be a softer landing after college, Kimani started teaching himself more acrobatic skills through YouTube and Google.

Acrobatics pays him well

Before he knew it, acrobatics had become his full-time job and was paying him more than he ever made from what he studied in college.

"I have performed for many prominent people among them governors, like Mwangi wa Iria," he said with pride.

However, his choice of career has come with its fair of challenges, mostly because he is of the Akorino doctrine, and they are known to be conservative.

Kimani, who was raised by his mother after their dad died, argues that the naysayers have not been able to limit him.

"Some people say that it looks demonic, but I don’t listen to such sentiments because bad water does not limit trees from growing," he concluded.

His biggest wish is that his mother lived long enough to witness his reputation grow, but she died in 2020.

Butita recently joined USIU

Elsewhere, comedian Eddie Butita recently joined university after building a substantial amount of wealth through entertainment.

He was brimming with excitement as he embarked on a new chapter of his life after enrolling at the United States International University.

After a journey spanning 12 years, Butita managed to overcome financial challenges and is now on course to obtaining his university degree.
