They released the album Green Thoughts in 1988 and their album 11 was released in 1989 and reached #41 in the US.
The Smithereens also released the albums A Date with The Smithereens in 1994, God Save The Smithereens in 1999, Meet The Smithereens! in 2007, Christmas with The Smithereens in 2007, B-Sides The Beatles in 2008, The Smithereens Play Tommy in 2009, and 2011 in 2011.
