Gabe Rygaard was an American logger and reality television personality who had a net worth of $3 million. Born in Washington State, Gabe Rygaard grew up in a logging family. He began helping his father while he was still in elementary school. His father discouraged him from joining the family business, Rygaard Logging, and he went off to college and worked on a fishing boat in Alaska, before returning to his hometown and joining his father's crew. In 1994, he split away from his father's business to form his own company, but eventually he and his father merged their companies into a larger and more successful family operation. Rygaard Logging is one of the featured logging companies on the hit History Channel series, "Ax Men". The show follows multiple logging companies in Washington, Oregon, and Montana, as they go about their tiring, and often dangerous, logging operations. Tragically, Gabe Rygaard died on September 16, 2016 at the age of 45 after being involved in a traffic accident.
