She is best known by her ring names Madusa and Alundra Blayze. She started in the American Wrestling Association where she was the AWA World Women's Champion. Miceli became the first woman to win the Pro Wrestling Illustrated Rookie of the Year award in 1988. She became the first foreign wrestler to sign with All Japan Women's Pro-Wrestling in 1989.
Miceli joined World Championship Wrestling and was the first woman to hold the Cruiserweight Champion. In the WWE she captured the WWE Women's Championship three times before being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2015. As a monster truck driver she won the co-championship at the Monster Jam World Finals in 2004. She has also won the Racing Championship in the Monster Jam World Finals.
