Ramón Franco is a Puerto Rican-born American film and television actor who has a net worth of $1 million. Ramón (Luis) Franco was born September 12, 1968 in Caguas, Puerto Rico. He is best known for his role in the Vietnam Series Tour of Duty where he played the character Alberto Ruiz. He is also known for his role in Clint Eastwood's movie Heartbreak Ridge in 1986 as the character Private Aponte. During his teenage years, he cut his teeth on off-Broadway theatre and worked with the Puerto Rican Traveling Theatre.
