According to him, many individuals seemed more interested in financial gain than genuine connection.

Hailing from Burlington, Vermont, Gilberti, a divorced father of one, emphasised qualities of loyalty, honesty, and sincerity as non-negotiables in his search for love.

Despite specifying a preference for a partner with a "slim build," he maintains an open-minded approach towards physical appearance.

Expressing his willingness to go to great lengths, including relocating to Europe, Gilberti emphasises his commitment to finding "the one."

Highlighting his readiness to embrace new experiences, he asserts his capacity as a good listener and a source of support.

Despite facing scepticism from some due to his age, Gilberti remains resolute, challenging stereotypes surrounding senior individuals and advocating for an open-minded approach to relationships.
