Popular content creator Millicent Ayuwa, better known as Dem Wa Facebook, has given her father a heartwarming surprise by arranging her first-ever flight from Nairobi's Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) to Eldoret.

Dem wa Facebook explained that her father came to Nairobi on Friday, May 3, to visit her and she decided to treat him specially by booking him a flight to take him back.

Why did Dem Wa Facebook treat dad to flight?

In an exclusive interview with TUKO.co.ke, the now excited comedian said her father worked so hard to give her the best he could offer.

"I really love my father. If I could, I would gift him a car. He worked hard to give his family the best. He came to Nairobi to visit me, and I decided to book him a flight to take him back. I'm so happy and fulfilled. This is like a dream come true because I had promised him this special treatment," the comedian said.

She revealed her father was super amazed by her daughter's warm gesture.

"My father was surprised. He has thanked me and prayed for me. I am his second-born, and he is very proud of me," she added.

Children fly mother abroad in honour of late dad's promise

Elsewhere, a woman's children showed her some love by flying her abroad to reunite with her sister, whom she had not seen for fifteen years.

In a video that made rounds on social media, the children also revealed that the trip was to honour a promise they made to their deceased father.

In a video shared by @Swagofafricanews, the children revealed that they had promised their dad to care for their mum when he was gone.

Netizens who saw the video were touched by the children's benevolence and the display of love for their mum.
