Gordon Ogada could have spent over KSh 26.5 million if he built his maisonette today.
This is according to a construction expert Boss Yator, who estimated the cost of the four-bedroom house built in 2020 to the current changes in inflation.
Speaking exclusively to TUKO.co.ke, Yator described the house as a four-bedroom, all ensuite, pitched-roof maisonette.

He noted that the KSh 20 million construction cost covered everything, including furnishing.
"The house cost KSh 20 million to complete everything, including furnishing. This was the cost around 2020, but today, it would cost about KSh 26.5 million due to inflation," explained Yator.
The expert flaunted photos and video showcasing the multimillion house in Migori.
This sparked debate among Kenyans, with some questioning the worth of the house.
