This was after a video of a mzungu woman holding her tightly in a viral video ignited mixed reactions.

Lilian, however, clarified that she and the elderly mzungu woman were besties, and she loved to play a lot.

The kind employer lauded the 23-year-old Arkline's outstanding qualities, describing her as reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working without constant supervision.
She explained that due to the patient's prolonged condition requiring ongoing care, the family has to part ways with Arkline, but she needs a more long-term job posting.
