Kilifi - A woman is desperately seeking help after her life took an unfortunate turn, leaving her and her family in dire need.

Norah Bujere said she and her family have suffered for a while since losing a well-paying job in a company.

With the money she had gathered, Bujere set up a business after being indefinitely released from her duties.

What business did Kilifi woman set in Malindi?

Speaking to TUKO.co.ke, the mother of four adorable kids said the business served her well for a few months.

"I set up a butchery, restaurant and bar in Malindi, which became my source of income to fend for my family. The business was doing well but started declining because of economic challenges. It went down until I had to close it as it was not making any profits," she emotionally said.

The woman from Malindi, Kilifi county, also bought a car on loan to facilitate her business, but because of financial strains, she cannot pay the rest of the balance, fearing it could be repossessed.

Her primary worry is her kids. One is expected to join the university, but she struggles to raise funds for school fees.

"One of my children has also not reported to school because I still have some school fees balance that I have not cleared. I have tried my best, but I am feeling like giving up. My landlord is also threatening to kick us out because of rent arrears," she cried.

The heartbroken woman sought help to get a potential business investor to restart her business, make an honest living, and get back on her feet.

She reckons she is depressed and at her wit's end as she tries to figure out where she would even get the next meal for her kids.

The desperate woman noted that he was a single mother of four and earned only KSh 10,000, which was not enough to cover her financial obligations.

She pleaded with netizens to help buy her son shopping as she sent him back to school empty-handed.
