In an unnamed video from an undisclosed location in Kenya, a tense standoff unfolded between an enraged man and several police officers attempting to arrest him.

From inside his home, the man repeatedly demanded that the police shoot him, despite their pleas for him to surrender peacefully.

Wielding a machete, the man accused the officers of violating his rights by not seeking permission to enter his home.

"How can you come into my house without knocking? There is no bargaining here. I will not leave here without bullets. You still can shoot me dead. Shoot me. I have decided. There is no problem. I know you are sent to kill me," he said.

The officers' voices could be heard explaining that they had previously shown leniency by releasing him after he begged for forgiveness.

Why did police want to arrest the man?

However, the man's continued aggressiveness led them to attempt to enter his house, intermittently knocking on his wooden Rastafarian door to gain access and ensure the safety of a woman and child inside.

Another officer implored their superior to allow them to complete their task, expressing frustration at the man's stubbornness.

"I am already trembling afande. Give us a go-ahead. How can he lecture us? This guy is proving stubborn, yet he pleaded for mercy and we forgave him. How many will he slash?" said mixed voices from the police.

As tensions escalated, the officers tried to intervene to assist the woman, who pleaded for help, claiming she was merely visiting and did not understand the man's fury.

"Officers please come help me. Come to my rescue. I only came here today. What are these happening?" she cried out.

Despite her pleas, the man barricaded the door with a chair and locked it.

Undeterred, the determined officers insisted on fulfilling their duty to arrest the man, warning him that they would resort to force if necessary.

Frustrated police accuses Rigathi Gachagua of neglect

In another incident, a furious police officer boldly reprimanded Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua for ignoring him.

The officer, who remains unnamed, started his rant by revealing his badge number and his unfavourable living conditions.

He recounted years of managing without a salary, with only his wife supporting him financially, making a plea on her behalf.
