He had found the bank closed and thus resorted to returning home.

The trio consisted of Fredrick Kopo, Jayline Kibe, and a woman whose identity is yet to be disclosed.

NTV authoritatively reported that the bodies of Fredrick and the woman were found in Juja and Lari of Kiambu county, respectively, with Jayline's in an unknown location.

According to a report from the morgue, the suspects drowned.

This came days after they were arrested in Mombasa, where they went to buy a car.

The puzzle to be settled is how their bodies were discovered in Nairobi and Kiambu counties despite having been apprehended at the coast.

Jayline was buried at Nairobi's Kariakor cemetery in line with Muslim rituals; the remaining duo's bodies still lay at the City Mortuary as of the time of publishing this.

Eastleigh businessman's encounter with armed robbers

Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) footage showed the assailants on a motorbike intercepting the businessman, who was also on a motorbike.

One of the trio alighted at Muratina Street, where he opened fire at the businessman.

The robber immediately grabbed the money and fled the scene, leaving Adan wounded.

Well-wishers rushed the businessman to a nearby hospital for treatment.
