At just 28 years old, Osir is not only the founder but also the CEO of George Lashes, a business he established after an encounter with a newspaper advertisement for lash training in South Africa.

After completing the training and returning to Kenya with certification in hand, Osir was determined to turn his newfound expertise into a successful business venture.

With a capital of Sh500,000, primarily sourced from his own savings, Osir laid the groundwork for George Lashes.

Starting small with a studio at Kilimani Mall, Osir invested in lash products and equipment, dedicating himself to providing top-notch service to his clients.

Leveraging his background in computer science, Osir integrated IT solutions into his business model, creating a seamless booking system through a user-friendly website.

Despite initial scepticism, Osir's business flourished, attracting a diverse clientele ranging from university students to corporate executives.

His dedication to continuous learning and staying ahead of industry trends has been instrumental in George Lashes' success.

Osir's lash installations, priced at Sh1,500 per tray, have become highly sought after, with clients drawn to his attention to detail and personalized approach.

Beyond his entrepreneurial endeavours, Osir remains committed to giving back to the community.

Through the George Lashes Foundation, he supports women in need by donating essential items such as sanitary towels and toiletries.

Looking to the future, Osir has ambitious plans for expansion, including the establishment of an eyelash training academy and venturing into eyelash manufacturing.
