Rachel Otuoma Says She Uses His Body Reactions To Detect When He Needs Conjugal Right: "Nikimuosha"

Former Kenyan footballer Ezekiel Otuoma has been facing health challenges, with his spouse Rachel providing unwavering support.

Otuoma is suffering from motor neurone disease, also popularly known as amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), which weakens muscles and impacts physical function.

Incapable of independent action, Otuoma relies on the steadfast assistance of his devoted wife Rachel.

Rachel assumes full responsibility for his care, attending to his needs such as feeding and bathing and providing companionship.

During their appearance on Oga Obinna’s show, Rachel was questioned about recognising Otuoma’s desires for marital intimacy.

She clarified that despite their circumstances not conducive to such thoughts, she remains attentive to his physical responses to discern his needs.

Rachel funnily remarked that she understands Otuoma’s sexual desires by noting the reactions of his private areas during bathing.

“Our current situation doesn’t lend itself to such thoughts. Attraction is a state of mind. Although I haven’t witnessed it, I can tell during his bath if there’s a reaction," the supportive wife said.
