Former Citizen Radio entertainer Shatta Bwoy has revealed he has no plans of remarrying after losing his wife, who died in June 2023.
The media personality took to Facebook to announce the passing of his wife and noted how scared he was to raise their two kids alone.
However, in an interview on TV47, Shatta explained that he left Royal Media Services for a more flexible job that could allow him more time with the kids.

"It has not been easy because we are still transitioning. It is still very fresh, It's month ago. But when life forces you to grow, you grow with it. That was one of the reasons I ditched the radio show. I felt like I needed more time with the kids, so I looked for a job that was not as demanding. When I said I am going to raise kids, this is the point people need to understand," he said.
Shatta also added that he misses the arguments he used to have with his wife, especially her telling him about the woman in his DM.
He recalled how she would call him out even when he was smiling at a TikTok video because she assumed he was chatting with women online.
The father of two also added that he won't remarry in the future as his purpose for marriage is to have children, which he already has.
"I closed that chapter. I will never marry again. For what? I have kids; to me, marriage is all about kids," he added.

Shatta paid tribute to his departed wife, Becky, by shaving one of his signature dreadlocks and ensuring it was buried with her.
While addressing the mourners, the media personality poured praises on the departed woman, adding that she has been a loving and protective wife.
Shatta disclosed that when he started dotting dreads, Becky was concerned as to why he was taking that direction.
