Uasin Gishu: Several fatalities were reported out of an accident on Thursday, April 11, in the Magut area near Turbo.

A heavy truck rammed into a group of boda boda riders before it overturned and lay sideways beside the road.

Amateur videos captured at the scene showed victims trapped inside the truck, and onlookers tasking themselves with helping them out.

One of the victims was badly injured on the feet.

According to reports, several riders died on the spot.
