The Price Of Gwen Stefani And Gavin Rossdale's LA Mansion Gets Reduced To $25 Million

The cost to "live like a rock star" (as the real estate listing puts it) just came down a bit, as what was once the marital home of Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale, after the now-divorced couple purchased it in 2006, has gotten a price cut of a little over $10 million to its current asking price of $24.995 million. Two years ago, the mansion was listed at $35 million.

The sprawling, 15,000-square-foot megamansion is two stories high and tucked away in a Beverly Hills gated community. It's described as "stylishly tricked out" by the Los Angeles Times, and earns that designation with such memorable design touches as a kitchen skylight, a home theater room, an in-home gym, two home offices, and three separate fireplaces.

The compound, guest house included, boasts a total of seven bedrooms and ten bathrooms, while outside you'll find a covered patio and lounge area, a well-lit tennis court, the obligatory infinity pool, and enough green lawn for a regulation soccer match, all spread over about two acres of property altogether. Even with the price cut, the current listing price represents a healthy profit over what Stefani and Rossdale paid for the property back in 2006, a reported $13.25 million. The No Doubt front woman and Bush lead singer divorced in 2016 after 14 years of marriage.
