2024 was the best year for Beatrice Chebet without a doubt.
She won two gold medals at the Paris Olympics, broke the 10,000m world record, and won a Diamond Trophy in the Diamond League final.
The young athlete has looked back at an incredible year and disclosed her plans for 2025.
Her first big win came in the 2024 World Athletics Cros Country Championships in Belgrade in March. In May, she obliterated Letesenbet Gidey's 10,000m world record at the Prefontaine Classic.

She clocked 28:54.14 to become the first woman under 29 minutes on the track, breaking Gidey's mark of 29:01.03 set in 2021.
The 24-year-old then outsprinted Faith Kipyegon to win gold in the women's 5000m at the Paris Olympics and another gold in the 10,000m.
It was the first time a Kenyan woman had won a 10,000m title in Kenya's history and the second one in the country's history.
She concluded her season with a dominant win in the Diamond League final in Brussels last weekend.
The double gold medallist was elated by her achievements this year.
"This was beyond my wildest dreams. I knew I wanted to achieve something great this season, but it has rolled on beyond my expectations. I can say I am really excited for what I have achieved this season," she said per Telecom Asia Sport.
The Kenyan star is eyeing a world title at the World Athletics Championships in Tokyo next year.
"I have won the World Cross, Olympics and Commonwealth titles. The only one missing is the World title and next year, that is my big target. I also want to try and go for the world record in the 5,000m. I know it is not easy, but I believe I can do it."
Chebet will aim to win two world titles in the two distances next year to solidify her already legendary legacy.
In another report, TUKO.co.ke earlier reported that Moraa cheered for Beatrice Chebet as she stormed to her second gold medal in Paris.
The Kenyan 800m bronze medallist could be seen on a TV screen screaming as the race entered its final stretch.
Chebet won the gold medal after outsprinting Italy's Nadia Battocletti in the women's 10,000m.
