The tall Bungoma man, who became an internet sensation because of his height, just like Bradley Mtall from Vihiga, has been trending.
Otesa travelled from Bungoma to Nairobi last week with hopes of meeting his look-alike, Bradley.

Despite claims the two resemble each other, Bradley's mum denied claims they were related.
"Nimeona picha zake online watu wakisema (I have seen his photos online and people claiming) he is related to Bradley, but he is not. Simjui. Niko na watoto wanne pekee. Pia sina relatives Bungoma (I don't know him. I have four children only. I don't have relatives in Bungoma)," Bradley's mother told TUKO.co.ke.
The difference between Bradley and Otesa's heights, if any, appears to be minimal, leading to widespread curiosity about who truly holds the title of Kenya’s tallest man.
Otesa is a father of three and currently works as a boda boda rider, while Bradley, a tout, is a father of one.
Cosy photos of Otesa hanging out with two other women and holding them in a compromising manner have emerged online, eliciting mixed reactions.
A video of him carrying Manzi wa Kibera as she begged him to stop has also gone viral. Some netizens even questioned why Otesa was comfortable with the women inquiring if he was married.
