The grandmother of the late TikToker Brian Chira has moved into a new house built for her by the TikTok community.
On Saturday, August 24, she hosted a colourful housewarming party to celebrate the completion of the modern home.
Chira Clan house officially opened
The house was adorned with balloons to mark the official launch, and TikTokers, led by Obidan Dela, were present at the event.

The house, now completed, bears the inscription "Chira's Clan" on the top wall, fulfilling a promise the grandmother made to honour the TikTok community for their support.

Why did TikTokers build house for Brian Chira?
TikTokers built the house in memory of Chira, who tragically passed away earlier this year in a hit-and-run accident.
The young social media enthusiast was struck by a speeding vehicle on Saturday, March 16, while crossing the road.
He was laid to rest on Tuesday, March 26, at his grandmother's home in Githunguri.
Before his untimely death, Chira had often expressed his wish to build a house for his grandmother during his live videos.
"Shosho, you are going through blessings. I want to build her a KSh 2 bedroom somewhere so she can feel good and she can look like the other women," the late Chira once said.
Moved by his unfulfilled dream, his fans and fellow TikTokers came together to make it a reality, ensuring his legacy lives on through this heartfelt gesture.
Chira's gandma accuses Baba Talisha of disrespecting her
As we previously told you, Chira’s grandmother accused Baba Talisha (Baba T) of misappropriating funds raised after the late TikToker's death.
She claimed that Baba T and his 'wife' Wanjiku disrespected her and blocked her from talking to other TikTokers.
The elderly lady endorsed any investigations into the circumstances of Chira’s death.
