Bungoma Goliath To Return To Nairobi After Being Spotted In Kanduyi: “Atarudi”

• The Bungoma Goliath, real name Isaac Otesa, was recently spotted back in the village in Kanduyi
• The towering man had visited Nairobi hoping to capitalise on his comparison to Bradley Marongo
• Chali Wa Kibera explained why Otesa travelled upcountry, noting that he would be back in the city

Isaac Otesa, better known as the Bungoma Goliath, fuelled speculation after being spotted in his Kanduyi home area.

Why did Bungoma Goliath return home?

Otesa was thrust into the limelight due to his resemblance to Bradley Marongo, a towering Gen Z from Vihiga county.

He packed his bags and headed to the city, saying he could be Bradley's long-lost brother.

Otesa, whose dream was to own a boda boda, left behind his wife and three kids with the hopes of a brighter future.

After landing in Nairobi, Manzi Wa Kibera formed a bond with Otesa, who hinged on his resemblance with Bradley to try and achieve success.

However, Otesa was recently spotted carrying a bag in his hometown of Kanduyi, fueling speculation.

Netizens wondered whether he had given up on his dream of stardom while others encouraged him. Some Kenyans noted that it wasn't yet Otesa's time for stardom, and he would have his day.

Following the rumours surrounding his Bungoma return, Chali Wa Kibera was prompted to speak out.

In an Instagram video, he said that Otesa had visited his family.

“He went to see his wife, and he will be back in Nairobi soon,” he said.

Did Bradley Marongo abandon mum?

Elsewhere, Bradley Marongo’s mother, during an interview, opened up on the relationship she has had with her son ever since he found fame.

The distressed mum, Monica Marongo, revealed that her son was not picking up her calls, claiming that his managers were misleading him.

Monica appealed to the internet sensation not to forget his family, including his wife and kid, while saying that he had found another woman in the city.

She also revealed that Marongo is her last-born child, and she and his dad split up when he was only two years old.
