The family of the late blogger Daniel Muthiani, aka Sniper, is yet to bury him nine months after his death and has revealed that his spirit has invaded their boma.
In an interview with TUKO Talks, Sniper's mum, Anne Kanjeru, said that they have not been doing well since his death.
"Whenever we sleep, we dream of him; the spirits have invaded the boma and everyone is having dreams about him. As a family, we don't know what is happening because his body has been withheld and we don't know why.

"If they give me the body I can dig the grave myself even now," said the elderly woman, who also claimed that she never got any of the money that was contributed for Sniper.
"This is justice delayed; we are burying him, but what have we seen? The person who called him is busy posting on TikTok; the people who killed him are free. My life is in danger; I was promised security, but none came," said Sniper's wife Irene Kawira Kamenchu who is a witness in the case said.
"I have received threatening calls from people, I only live because of God," she added.
The grieving widow also revealed that she was never given the house allegedly promised by Governor Kawira Mwangaza.
"My life is hard; my kids ask me many questions, and I don't know how to answer them. I am pleading with those who started with me to help me bury my husband. I am pleading with the County Assembly of Meru to help me bury my husband," she said.
"It is like I am a living dead. I used to live a happly life but since then, I have never smiled,"she added.

The family had refused to bury him until his killers were brought to justice.
Despite the arrest of 10 suspects, Sniper’s elder brother, Julius Muthee, claimed that those who planned and financed the murder are still at large.
The family decided to keep Sniper’s body in the mortuary until the murderers were arrested, charged, and convicted.
The family said they were living in fear and were forced to leave their homes due to threats from individuals opposed to their quest for justice.
