In an exclusive with TUKO.co.ke, the comedienne revealed that the house was plastered and she had spent KSh 2 million so far.
"Where it has reached as of now is KSh 2 million."
She advised women not to wait for rich men, calling ladies who rely on men to get rich foolish.
"Kuolewa na mwamaume tajiri ni ndoto ya mwanamke mjinga waamke wapige kazi (To get married to a rich man is the dream of a foolish woman. Wake up and work)."
The content creator said that her parents have never owned a house, as the one they lived in was inherited.
"My dad was the last born in his family, so the house we lived in was for my grandmother. He inherited the house after my grandmother relocated to another place. I had a budget of KSh 3 million for the project," she said.
In May, Dem Wa Facebook gave her father a heartwarming surprise by arranging his first-ever flight from Nairobi's Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) to Eldoret.
She explained that her father came to Nairobi on Friday, May 3, to visit her, and she decided to treat him by booking him a flight to take him back.
The comedian said her father worked hard to give her the best he could offer.
