Diamond and Zari reunite

On Saturday, August 10, Diamond travelled to South Africa to celebrate his daughter's birthday at Zari's palatial home.

The Tanzanian crooner surprised his daughter, Princess Tiffah, with gifts, and she admitted that she was sure her dad wouldn't make it.

Zari and Diamond spent sweet moments with their kids on the special day, but that did not go well with the Ugandan businesswoman's husband, Shakib Lutaaya.

It started with Zari going live on social media accusing Shakib of being insecure. She claimed her 31-year-old hubby kept questioning why Diamond was at her house.

Zari further claimed she was the one financing Shakib, leaving tongues wagging. The mother of five noted that she and Shakib love each other, but his insecurities were pushing her to her limit. She urged him to find people on his level to marry.

"I am always proving myself to you every day. What do you bring to the table for me to be proving myself? I don't think I am for you. I'm very secure, and I chose you, and with your insecurities, you are thinking otherwise. I don't think I am for you. Maybe you should find someone on your level," she shared.

Zari said Shakib is insecure about Diamond and thinks they are still dating, and she clearly stated that she was over the musician. The businesswoman also claimed many people wanted to marry her, but she chose Shakib over everyone else.

"Let me tell you something; if I want to get back with Diamond, I can. If Diamond wants to get back with me, he can," she added.

Zari's remarks saw Shakib clap back at her, calling her a miser while also noting that she was too old to give him a child.

Are Diamond and Zari back together?

On August 15, Diamond also visited Zari's home and in a clip that has emerged, he could be seen hugging her.

The Komasava hitmaker enjoyed playful moments with his kids as they assembled some of the toys he bought his daughter.
