"He was scheduled to start a job at Kaimosi Vocational Training Centre. He had come to Eldoret, to my place, to settle a few things before he could travel to Vihiga county and begin his job. He had previously been complaining of severe headaches, which lasted for three days.
"On the day he went missing, he was going to donate blood early in the morning before he returned to my house and prepared to travel to Vihiga. We talked very well as I escorted him to the blood bank before I left him and made my way to my workplace," he narrated.
Too said he spoke to his 28-year-old brother after he was done donating blood and was preparing to go home.
Their last conversation was when Kiplagat said he was at the stage waiting to board a matatu to head to Too's place.
"I called him around 11.05am, and he was not picking up. I tried and tried and tried until his phone went off eventually. I have no idea what happened to him, but I know it must have been alarming when someone like him goes missing. I have so many questions in my head. We tried to track his phone, which we did until it went off. His last location was in Eldoret town," he said.
Too appealed to Kenyans to contact him on his number, 0723283434, or his uncle, Sammy Too, on 0726237840, for any leads or information.
In another story, Victor Oduor Nguka's family requested the public to help them find his whereabouts.
Victor left his home on Thursday, August 22, after a disagreement with his wife.
He left all his belongings, including his phone, identification card, and wallet.
