Ferdinand Omanyala finished second at the Zagreb meeting in Croatia in the men's 100m.
The Kenyan sprinter was beaten by USA's Courtney Lindsey, who clocked 9.97 seconds.
Omanyala, who reached the semis at the Olympics, finished second with a time of 10.02 seconds. Romell Glave of Great Britain finished third.
Omanyala had a slow start but recovered well to battle for the win with Lindsey. However, he ran out of track as Lindsey took the win. Omanyala won in last year's Zagreb Meeting.

The 28-year-old Kenyan was coming off a frustrating 7th-place finish at the Rome Diamond League, won by the in from Letsile Tebogo.
It is unclear if Omanyala will compete in the Diamond League final. He currently sits 12th in the standings with nine points, and only the top eight qualify for the final.
He reached the semis at the Olympics, a disappointing performance considering he will be the second-fastest man in 2024.
Omanyala's season has been full of ups and downs, and he will be preparing for a huge 2025 campaign, including the World Athletics Championships in Tokyo.

The 28-year-old clocked 9.95 seconds in the first round before winning the first final in 10.00 seconds at the Josko Laufmeeting in Austria.
