"I received a call at 4am informing me that Paul Ochieng Ogolla’s house was on fire while they were attending a night prayer service. His first wife, who was unwell, was locked out of her house. When she saw smoke coming from the other house, she screamed, alerting the rest of the family, including the father, who rushed home. However, by the time they arrived, the house had already burned to the ground, and the children were beyond recognition," said Opiyo.
