Kenyan entertainer DJ Kuch has opened up about his personal life, sharing that he's been in a thriving relationship for the past five years.

Speaking to TUKO.co.ke, DJ Kuch said:

"I'm in a relationship; we've been together for five years. She's my ride-or-die, and she's got my back."

Who should pay bills on 1st date?

When asked about who should pay for the first date, DJ Kuch challenged the traditional expectation that men should always foot the bill.

"For ages, men have been expected to pay, but I believe that's an outdated tradition. If a lady suggests the date, she should be the one to cover the costs, including the tips and fare," he explained.

However, DJ Kuch admitted that being a DJ comes with its own challenges, particularly when it comes to turning down advances from women.

"It happens more often than you'd think, but you just have to remain professional, be friendly, and keep doing your job to the best of your ability," he added.

When did DJ Kuch buy his first car?

On Monday, July 15, DJ Kuch took to social media to proudly showcase his new car.

He bought the sleek car seven months after joining Y254 #YmasharikiLive, a weekly entertainment show that airs on Kenya Broadcasting Corporation (KBC) every Monday.

In his social media post, DJ Kuch expressed pride in joining the ranks of Kenyan celebrities with luxury cars.

Man discloses girlfriend paid bill on first date

In a separate article, a Kenyan man revealed a woman he met on social media paid his bills on their first date, eliciting mixed reactions among netizens.

The man said he was broke on the day they had scheduled to meet, and the woman agreed to foot the bills without complaining.

Men flooded the post, saying it was rare to find such a woman nowadays, advising him to stick with her.
