A Tanzanian man who left his home with the promise of building a better future for his family has come back and built a bungalow for his mother.

Why Maasai man built mum bungalow?

The Maasai man from Arusha shared a heartfelt video with images of himself at an airport while inside the plane and photos of their former grass and mud thatched house alongside the newly built bungalow.

In the background of the TikTok clip, a voice explains why he left home and the promise he made to his mother.

“I told mum, I am leaving the country now; I will come back and change our situation when I succeed and not continue living under this hard condition,” he says as shown in the clip shared by Arrivaltv.

The man, who is currently based in the United States, shared the lovely video of the new house, sparking reactions from netizens.

Miklasi J stated:

“A woman who doesn't ask for anything deserves everything. These are the men who should live long and get married to good women. Good job, brother, and may you be blessed,” Tunda Emmanuel stated.

Grace Jimmy wrote:

“God please remember me so I can also build a home for my parents. May God bless your hands that have given wholeheartedly. Our parents are the most important people in our lives,” Girlfet1 noted.

Living in the US, the man owns a travel and tours company helping people who want to relocate to any country abroad do so.

He uses social media channels, including TikTok and YouTube, under the name ArrivalTv to educate locals on the dos and don’ts of seeking jobs and even visas abroad.

“Are you looking forward to any destination around the World? We are your partner in providing information assistance in what you need for your Arrival in any destination,” reads part of the information on his YouTube channel.

Son builds parents a house

In a separate heartwarming incident reported by TUKO.co.ke, a video featuring a young man who constructed a house for his parents made rounds online.

The son could be seen in the clip standing inside the newly completed home alongside his mother who could not hide her happiness.

Kenyans shared in their joy sending best wishes and congratulatory messages while commenting on the video, capturing the mom dancing joyously to celebrate this remarkable achievement.
