A Nairobi woman was left in tears of gratitude after beautician Rose Ntong'ondu aka "Make Up by Rose," offered her a free facial procedure worth KSh 200,000.
Rose shared the emotional story with TUKO.co.ke, explaining how the spontaneous act of kindness unfolded.
She disclosed that she normally doesn’t work on Mondays, but for some reason, she had a client booked in the morning.
However, the client cancelled her appointment when she arrived at the office.

Just as she was about to head home, a walk-in client appeared at the beauty clinic.
Rose and her team initially debated whether to attend to her or schedule her for another day.
This is because they typically do not accept walk-ins for consultations, especially for skin tag removals.
However, something about the woman's demeanour struck the beautician.
"She was very calm and sweet, and I just had this feeling that I needed to offer her a free service," Rose shared.
After informing the woman of the good news, Rose learned that the client had used Fuliza, a mobile loan service, just to afford the consultation.
Despite knowing the salon's policy against walk-in consultations, she came in hope.
What followed was an act of kindness that transformed the client’s day as Rose and her team gave her a series of beauty treatments worth KSh 200,000.
In an emotional video shared online, the client was so overwhelmed that she broke down into tears of joy.
"From me coming to work on a Monday, to my client cancelling the appointment,to this lady walking in for a consultation, it all felt like a sign," Rose concluded.
