Nandi - A young girl who went viral after being captured admiring graduates during a graduation ceremony continues to receive favour from kindhearted men and women.

Naomi Jepchirchir trended after she was photographed admiring University of Eastern Africa, Baraton, graduates.

Since making waves online, several Kenyans have offered to help her and her family in different ways.

Which school does Jepchirchir's sister attend?

Well-wishers recently visited her home with goodies and extended their kindness to her neighbourhood.

"Her sister at Kombe Secondary, who had substantial fee arrears, as stated by her mum during a live interview, has cleared her fee. The brother at Kemeloi Secondary is also a beneficiary; his fee arrears have been cleared.
"The team also shopped for the family; we appreciate the grand gesture. Jepchirchir will benefit from the uniform until she clears her school, besides the support she has received since going viral," part of a social media post read.

What needs do Jepchirchir's family have?

Jepchirchir's neighbours also benefited from the visit as members of an educational institution promised to educate some children.

Jepchirchir and her siblings were also promised a trip in the coming few days before they returned to school.

"Before Naomi reports to school on Monday, she and her siblings are offered to visit Baringo on Sunday, 25 August 2024.
"The photos shared are a true reflection of their home. We have immediate needs like bedding, foodstuffs, clothing, and shelter," the post captioned.
