A video showing the home of Winnie Bwire's parents, where she will be laid to rest, has emerged.

The former Sultana actress, popularly known as Dida, who died on September 5, will be buried in Kholera, Matungu, in Kakamega county on Saturday, September 21.

A video of Winnie's village home with a huge compound showing well-trimmed grass and men in the background busy cutting firewood has emerged online.

In the video, there was a portrait of the fallen actress on a table and a eulogy book for visiting mourners to fill out.

The memorial service of the actress, popularly known as Dida, was held at Deliverance Mt Zion Worship Centre in Mombasa county on Sunday, September 15.

Sonko, who has been absent from social media for over a year, paid a glowing tribute to Winnie, moving mourners to tears.

The father of two narrated how she and Winnie were in love, recalling the day she was diagnosed with cancer.

He talked about their engagement, narrating how Winnie stood with him when he had mental health challenges.
