TikToker Nyako, whose real name is Rose Atieno, has been slammed on social media after making fun of gospel singer and preacher Emmy Kosgei.

The Germany-based famous TikToker claimed Emmy always goes live to beg fans to give offering. She said people should stop criticising her for begging, saying pastors beg for money too.

"I have never seen a pastor who prays without asking for money. Even Emmy Kosgei is always asking for sadaka (offering) here on TikTok.Who am I not to? Ni pastor na anaomba sadaka (she is a preacher and begs for offering)," she said.

Previously, content creator 2mbili alleged that Nyako's success was propelled by insulting others and claimed that she had accumulated wealth through content creation.

"We are making clean content, unlike Nyako. For her, she insults people to rise. I didn't know her before she abused people. She is an example of a satisfied beggar insulting fellow beggars. She has made a lot of money from content creation so she doesn't want other people to do so," 2mbili said.

2mbili labeled the outspoken TikToker as a satisfied beggar who castigates fellow content creators.

"Without people gifting her on TikTok, she couldn't have made that money. I call it digital begging. She is a beggar," he added.
