Bahati Discloses Losing Women Who Were Not Ready To Be Stepmums After Adopting Morgan: "Was Bad"

Kenyan musician-turned-politician Kevin Bahati has penned an emotional love letter to his handsome son, Morgan Bahati.

The father of five recalled adopting his boy from the orphanage after he was moved with compassion for a young Morgan.

Diana Marua's husband shared the amazing throwback photos when he first met Morgan at the orphanage.

"This is 10 years ago, the first day I met you. That day, I was invited to ABC Children's Home (where I grew up) to come and perform at my album launch in 2013 at NPC Valley Road. Son, I remember that day like yesterday; you cried and called me daddy.

It was so difficult for me to see the two-year-old you forced to enter the bus heading back to the orphanage; I saw your pain and myself through you. Having grown up in a children's home, lonely without no one to call mum or dad," part of the caption read.

Despite not being ready to be a caregiver, Bahati said he took Morgan in, adding he saw it as God's plan.

He recalled changing his son's diapers and bedding and clothes as he could not afford househelp by then.

"I will not open up about everything, but I've never shared with anyone that even some women left me because they were not ready to raise a child that's not theirs! Yes, it was that bad, but now you have the most caring mother on earth!

I want you to know that You're the best gift I ever got. You're my firstborn; without you, our family is incomplete," he added.

Marua and Morgan stepped out wearing matching black outfits, and their photos left many awed.

The YouTuber-turned-rapper penned a heartfelt message to her all-grown son, pampering him with sweet words.
