Former TV anchor Jacque Maribe is set to make a media comeback.
The media personality disclosed she had taken a break from the industry in September 2022.
Maribe, who was once a popular political reporter and news anchor at Royal Media Services, made news headlines after she and her ex-boyfriend Joseph Irungu alias Jowie were accused of killing businesswoman Monica Kimani in 2018.

Justice Idris Nzioka sitting at the Milimani Law Courts in a ruling in March, stated that Maribe and Jowie have a case to answer.
Maribe announced the news of her comeback on her Instagram account, where she posted a photo that read:
"There are no photographs while I'm reloading."
She captioned the post:
“1st September 2022, I chose to only do stories here on IG. Well, shouldn’t that change now on 1st September 2023? The sabbatical ends. Loading.”

In July 2019, Maribe called it quits at Royal Media Services.
A source exclusively told TUKO.co.ke Maribe's departure could be linked to the court case she is battling.
Maribe was charged alongside fiance Joseph Irungu alias Jowie over the alleged murder in September 2018.
The body of the late Kimani was found soaked in blood at her house in Nairobi's Kilimani estate.
