Nairobi - A Nairobi woman named Teresiah Wanjiru, also known as Mathe Wa Ngara, was arrested in a sting operation for allegedly selling narcotics.
Wanjiru's arrest sparked a frenzy online as Kenyans reacted to the police bust that recovered KSh 13.4 million in cash.
One of Kenya's largest police busts in recent years, Kenyans likened the lady to the fictional main character in the popular crime series Queen of the South.
Days after her arrest, Kenyans are still talking about the lady, with some claiming on social media platforms that she used to be untouchable by authorities.

Another Kenyan has taken admiration for the lady by asking Expeditions Maasai Safaris, a touring company, to gift the lady a trip in the event she's released.
The Kenyan claimed that the lady had been doing the Lord's work and deserved a holiday to rest.
"Hello Expeditions, Huyu matheee akitoka mpatieni holiday hufanya kazi ya Mungu sana. Thank you in advance," read a Whatsapp message screenshot shared by the company.
Reading mischief in the appeal, Expeditions Maasai Safaris questioned if they were not being led into a trap by the individual.
The company further asked Kenyans who have a genuine person they feel should be celebrated to respond.
"Kazi ya Mungu? Tunawacheki mko sure sio mtego mnatupea? hapa✖️. if you have a genuine person who should be celebrated, feel free to tag or mention his/her name," read the response.
The appeal attracted various comments from Kenyans especially given the lady was a hot topic in the country.
Dianah Njogu said:
"Mmesema mathee needs a break from the hard work....."
Robert Kipngeno opined:
"Mathee apelekwe Maldives."
Linda A. Chokah replied:
"Why do you think madhee shouldn't be celebrated?"
Following the operation, one tweeter user identified as @iamlegrande took on the officers claiming that the arrests would not bore any fruit.
"You can arrest Mathe but you can't arrest kwa mathe," @iamlegrande tweeted.
But in a quick retort, the detectives hilariously asked him to meet them in Ngara early today morning.
