In an interview with the Mic Cheque Podcast, Kibe revealed that he had been married for four years, and it wasn't his idea to tie the knot, claiming that the church forced his hand.

"I was married for, I think, three or four years, and it wasn't even my idea. Rarely will you find a man married, and it was his idea. You know the church is a rehabilitation home for... Immediately they start hunting any man who is there. I found myself... withing the church structure you cannot exist as a single man."

The content creator noted he did not hate women, saying people sometimes take him out of context.
