As Raila focuses on his potential candidacy, a survey conducted by Infotrak among adult Kenyans between March 8 and March 9 indicates strong backing for him.
The research, witnessed by TUKO.co.ke, reveals that a significant 81% of Kenyans support Raila's bid for the AUC chairperson position.
Notably, Nairobi county residents display the highest support at 88%, followed by Rift Valley at 85% and Nyanza at 83%.
Conversely, North Eastern records the lowest support at 64%. Western, Central, Coast, and Eastern regions demonstrate support percentages of 79%, 78%, 78%, and 77% respectively.
Furthermore, the survey highlights Raila's greater support among women, with 84% of female respondents endorsing his candidacy compared to 79% of male respondents.
