A thoughtful man has brought joy to his wonderful mother and reduced her to tears with his selfless gesture.
The kind-hearted man identified as Karidas on X surprised his mother with a magnificent brand-new house to appreciate her for her sacrifices.
The elderly mum could not believe her eyes as she broke down after the fantastic gift was unveiled.
"A hard-working son has gifted his dear mother a new house he built for her. He says he always wanted to do this as a show of gratitude and appreciation for all the struggles the mum went through bringing him up," read a post.

Karidas built his mum the house in 2021, but photos of the heartwarming and emotional moment resurfaced and went viral.
He shared pictures of the house when it was under construction, appreciating the process before its completion.
In a screenshot, Karidas shared that he and his mum had gone through poverty and pain, struggling to live and keep a decent life.
"There were nights where there was simply no food left. She would cry herself to sleep. Ever since I was a kid, I made it a point that I would take care of her," part of the screenshot read.
His gesture sparked sweet reactions from X users, who flocked to the comment section to pen lovely messages.

Similarly, Safari Boniface Tuluba from Meru county did what many sons wish for: Building a new house for their mothers.
He did so with his first salary, savings, and a few loans from friends, a project that lasted two years since groundbreaking.
Safari explained that he prioritised his mother's house over his own to thank her for enduring numerous challenges to ensure he was educated.
