Nairobi barber queen Grace Anne has disclosed the highest amount she has ever received from a single client.

In an interview on Radio Maisha's Konnect Show, the beauty, famous for pampering and dancing for clients as she shaves them, said one client paid her KSh 300,000.

Why did client give Grace Anne KSh 300k tip?

According to her, the client was from abroad. She divulged the client doubted her ability to shave and dared her with a promise of KSh 10,000.

"The highest amount of money I have ever got from a client is KSh 300,000. I shaved him just like any other client. Many people usually assume that I don't shave people. So the client dared me that if I shaved him successfully, he would pay me KSh 10,000, but if I failed to do so, I would give him KSh 300,000. So we bet, and of course, I shaved him and massaged him. Then he surprised me with KSh 300,000. He is not a Kenyan; he was from abroad," she said.

Grace Anne's barbershop attracts clients from abroad

As we previously told you, Grace's distinctive service includes entertaining clients with dance performances, which she captures and shares on TikTok.

In a previous interview, she disclosed that her engaging TikTok videos had been a magnet for clientele, drawing men from various corners of the globe to her chair.

The single mother of one noted that her clients hail from as far as the US, Juba, and Ghana for her styling services.

The barber explained that men love her barbershop because they like what they can see and not touch.

She also said she danced on TikTok to entice customers to visit her barbershop.

Some may come with ill intentions, but when they get to the shop, they realise that things on the ground are different.
