Kenyans have turned to social media to share their thoughts on Collins Jumaisi's escape from Gigiri Police Station.
Jumaisi escaped alongside 12 Eritrean suspects on Tuesday, August 20, from Gigiri Police Station, where they were being held.
The prime suspect in the Mukuru killings and his accomplices reportedly cut a wire mesh that was part of the cell security and scaled a perimeter wall to escape.

Police Constable Gerald Mutuku was reportedly making routine visits to the cells with the canteen manager to serve breakfast when they discovered that 13 suspects had escaped by cutting the wire mesh at the basking bay.
Following news of Jumaisi's escape, Kenyans took to social media to voice their frustrations with the government and speculate about his fate.
Sydney:
"We have no country here."
Mwangi Ndaiga:
"The kind of jokes that are in this town. Was he even a suspect in the first place."
P.K.Ndegwa:
"What on earth is this? It sounds fishy."
Jeff:
"How? Jokes."
Morio was Anzenza:
"He is going to be ... and case is going to be closed."
Big joe:
"This was to be expected. Wait for him to appear in a ditch somewhere."
Vic_Gitau:
"A murder suspect fleeing custody while the IG of police is being vetted is poetic."
Earlier, the court had allowed the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) to detain Jumaisi for 30 more days.
The DCI had initially argued that the extra time would allow them to locate witnesses and the victims' families.
The DCI also stated that since the families were scattered across the country, they would also need time for DNA sampling and an identification parade.
